Your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Should you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from us, we will gladly allow this provided:
- it is unused and in the same condition that you received it
- it is in its original packaging, and
- proof of purchase is presented
- For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- There are no returns or exchanges on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged
- If you requested custom alterations to your piece, it can not be returned.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Guava is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return.
If you have not received a refund within the 14 business days of receiving refund approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. Depending on the bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
