SHOPPING INFORMATION

How do I check out?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. If you have a registered paypal, simply sign-in using your email address and the password for your account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

Item Availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping cart. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

Do you have sizing information?

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email: hello@guava.shopping.

 

Do you sell plus sizes?

Yes we do. However not all of our items are available in plus sizes. Please check the sizes listed next to the picture of the shirt for details.

 

Can I choose my own colors or styles?

That depends on the seller of the item. Please visit his/her product page for more information.

 

Do you sell whole sale?

Some of our vendors do offer wholesale purchases, but only if you are purchasing in large quantities. Visit www.guava.shopping and let us know which items you would like to purchase wholesale. We can connect you to the vendors.

 

Which payments methods do you accept?

Guava accepts following payments: – Ideal - Paypal - Credit Card

 

Where are your items produced?

Our vendors are located worldwide, so items are manufactured in different parts of the world.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

No, not at the moment. 

 

Can I apply two coupon discounts on the same order?

No, both coupons cannot be applied towards the same order.

 

DELIVERY

How much are the delivery prices?

Well, that depends per vendor and the weight of the package. The maximum is € 6,50 delivery costs for deliveries within the Netherlands. Delivery costs per European country vary. Delivery costs to countries outside of Europe are € 18 or more.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We have resumed shipping internationally and we ship all over the world. Please note that Items can be sent from various couriers, depending on the designer. This include USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc. Please do check product details for delivery information before making your purchase.

 

Do I have to pay import taxes?

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.

 

Custom information: Liability

Guava will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your money as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges Guava.shopping has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc. If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s). Refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.

 

How long will it take to get my package?

Guava is an online community and marketplace for African Fashion, with a special focus on handmade items. Many items in our store (because they are made special for you) can take up to 14 working days to ship. Items can also ship from different places. Please allow our vendors between 3 and 14 days for an item to ship.

 

ORDERS & RETURN

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting the shipping company’s website and entering your tracking number & hit track.

 

Can I exchange or return my purchased item?

You can return or exchange items ordered via Guava.shopping within 14 days after purchase. Once we receive your returned package, we will refund the purchased price within 30 days, only if the articles are still in the original packaging, bearing the price tag, unworn and undamaged. Accessories can not be returned or exchanged.

 

What is your return policiy?

When you shop at Guava.shopping we strive to give you the best service possible. In the event that you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return the item by using our return label which is added to the package. Within 30 days after having received the returned item(s), we will refund the money to your bank account, excluding the delivery costs.

 

I just placed an order and realized that my address is wrong, whom should I contact?

Email us at hello@guava.shopping your name, order number and the correct address. We will update your order information. You may also leave a message by clicking on the tab “Leave a Message” near the bottom of the page on the website. We strive to respond to emails with 24 business hours.

We are always open for great ideas to collaborate on. All you have to do is send an email to hello@guava.shopping with your website/social media and your idea! Simple as that!

 

How do I get a picture on your instagram?

We really love sharing pictures whenever you rock our items. It is very easy to get noticed by us. Simply upload your best looking photo on to your Instagram or other social media and use the hashtag #guava.shopping. We will take your picture and spread it on to our social media channels.
